Marres joins Carnival! Sunday, February 7 from 10:00 to 12:00hrs and Monday, February 8 from 13:00 to 15:00 hrs all visitors on the way to the festivities at Vrijthof passing the Capucijnenstraat will find a cheerful interruption at our House of Contemporary Culture. The colorful Carnival crowd is offered a prepping detour. We guide you swiftly through the the hallway, via the garden, to the port, back on track. Small interventions and acts give you the attainments to be receptive to and ready for the overpowering party sensations to come.

Marres' Carnival team consists of students of the Theaterschool Maastricht and the University. They developed the intervention in close cooperation. Monday after 15:00 hrs we'll go to the Vrijthof as well. Ready to party!
